Questionnaire

I have created this questionnaire which will be distributed to people in my tagret audience. I have asked questions which will determine if my chosen genre will stay the same, why a music magazine is needed and what the name should be for the magazine. One question asks the participent what music genres they listen to, if the majority of genres is other than "indie", "pop" or "indie-pop" then i will have to rethink about which genre to do to suit the target audience. I have asked how often people buy music magazine to show that a new magazine is needed, i have also asked if they would be interested in buying a magazine which features up and coming artists, if the majority say yes or maybe then i can carry on with the idea of creating a magzine based on up and coming artists. One of the most important questions is what to name the magazine, i have come up with a selection of names which represent the type of magazine, the names are :

• Breakout
• Spotlight
• Fame
• The New Jam Times
• TasteBuds

I have also added a "Other" space to let the target audience give their ideas on what they would like a music magazine of this type to be called. I will upload a completed questionnaire when they have been distributed to show some of the results.
